Vassar athletics boasted another impressive weekend of wins as they concluded their third week of competition. Women’s volleyball added a record to the books as they took home the Union Invitational title for the third year. Men’s rugby was successful in their second divisional game against a tough Fordham University, while women’s tennis nearly shut out New York University, winning 8-1. Women’s soccer took home their second win of the season when they defeated SUNY Purchase 6-3, while the men’s team rose to a 4-0 record with their win over Mount St. Mary. Field hockey had standout performances as well, splitting games in the Seven Sisters Classic.
