Phocus takes freshmen on Snapshot Safari

print this articleemail this articleskip to comments

On Aug. 26, 42 freshmen took a walk through their new wilds—namely around the Vassar Farm and the Poughkeepsie waterfront, on the Snapshot Safari Build Your Own Adventure (BYOA). Despite the heat and humidity, these individuals took the opportunity to explore the town’s neighborhoods and get to know their new hometown through a different lens—their own. Featured here are some of the sights captured by participants. The BYOA was sponsored by Phocus, and more examples of the shots captured on this trek will be exhibited in a gallery show during Freshmen Parents Weekend Sept. 29-30.
