SECURITY IN BRIEF
On April 20 at 11:40 pm., six students were found smoking marijuana in Strong House. At the same time, six students were discovered smoking in Raymond House. Four students were found in Main Building at 11:56 p.m. On April 21 at 12:05 a.m., five students were found smoking marijuana in Josslyn House. Six students were caught smoking in Lathrop house at 12:23 a.m. At 12:28 a.m., four students were found with marijuana in Davison House. At 12:40 a.m., several students were found on the fourth floor of Main. Finally, at 2:01 a.m., more students were found in Raymond House. All of the marijuana was confiscated.

VSA IN BRIEF
At the Council meeting on Sunday, April 22, Articles I, III, and VII of the VSA Bylaws were amended. The Administration and Communications Committee, which proved ineffective, was eliminated. The Vice President for Operations will now handle that committee’s responsibilities. —Brian Farkas, News Editor
In another change, the selection process for the Board of Elections Chair and Vice Chair will now run through the recently established Appointments Committee. This Committee will also be in charge of recommending all appointments to Council. —B.F.
The Committee on Computing and Educational Technologies (CCET) reported to Council and discussed a proposal to limit the amount that students can print in the library to two reams per semester, or 1000 sheets. —B.F.
