The Miscellany News applaud the change of the anti-discrimination and harassment policies to include transgender identity and its student-led effort, as this addition has both a functional value in protecting all employees, as well as a symbolic value in recognizing an often marginalized group.

Currently, no Wal-Mart stores in the United States carry the morning-after pill, which is their choice, even if it seems like a foolish one to most people.
