7 p.m. Play. Twelfth Night featuring actors from the London Stage. It’s a man pretending to be a woman pretending to a man. Starring Gwyneth Paltrow. CDF, 106

10 p.m. Scantily-Clad-O-Rama. This too promotes social change. Cushing MPR

SATURDAY, 10/8
8 a.m. ECCSF Conference. I’m not allowed to say anything. Also, someone erased “Jesus gave me the clap” off of my white-board. Freedom of speech, freedom of the press, man. Taylor, 102

Noon. Women’s Tennis. Liberty League Championships. Wear a crown, hold a book and, of course, a tennis racket. Joss Tennis Courts
1 p.m. Lakefest. Followed by BogFest. It involves cranberries, the New Jersey Pinelands (pine trees growing in sand provide a unique biosphere) and not much else. Outdoor Amphitheater

2 p.m. NonCon Preview. Big-screen DDR, video games, board games, card games, and free snacks, all afternoon and evening. If you miss it, you can read about it from 35 different perspectives on Xanga. Retreat

8 p.m. Vassar College Orchestra Performance. Michael P. White ’06 will be featured on clarinet. After the concert, he will be featured in a lecture entitled “The Mug and You: When Too Much is Just Enough.” Skinner, Martel Recital Hall

SUNDAY, 10/9
Noon. Men’s Rugby. Vassar vs. Fairfield. Followed by a reception at Pemberley Estate. Farm

5 p.m. Holy Mass. There’s still time to repent! Chapel

MONDAY, 10/10, Columbus Day!
3 p.m. Tea. Except I am an editor. Rose Parlor

TUESDAY, 10/11
12:30 p.m. Blood Drive. There’s this guy who stands in front of my high school dressed up like a KKK member, but with red instead of white. I thought maybe he was just really into school spirit or communism, but it turns out he was just dressed up like a giant blood drop. Villard Room

3 p.m. Tea. It was going to say that I feel we should continue using herbicides. Rose Parlor

WEDNESDAY, 10/12
3 p.m. Tea. Everywhere. Rose parlor

5 p.m. CDO Workshop. “A Job Shadowing EXPERIENCE Orientation.” Learn how you can follow around an alum during winter break. One popular option is watching Ethan Zohn brush his hair. Faculty Commons

6 p.m. Dinner and a Movie. Looks like someone accidentally put their personal plans on the calendar. Glad you have a date, Fran. Students’ Building, Second Floor

6 p.m. Yom Kippur. Kol Nidre! Also, time to stop eating. Aula

THURSDAY, 10/13
3 p.m. Tea. If I wanted to stare at dead grass, I’d go home to New Jersey. Rose Parlor

5 p.m. JET Program Information Session. I don’t know what this is, but John Palmer once did. Faculty Commons

7:30 p.m. Break Fast. One hundred hungry Jews run to bagels. How is this night different than all other nights? Running. Aula
