10:30 a.m. Workshop. The flute in contemporary music. The talk is entitled The Phallus as Woodwind/The Woodwind as Phallus: Flutes and Picolos in Quad City DJs: Come Along and Ride the Train. Skinner
4 p.m. Mens Basketball. Vassar vs. Hamilton College. The game started with a Canadian doctor and a peach basket. Now look. Can you imagine if a Canadian doctor asked you to play a game with his peach basket? I thought people like that had to be registered when they moved into new communities. Walker
