Student and boyfriend approached by stranger
A student walking on college grounds towards Lagrange Ave. was approached by a stranger and asked some questions on Sept. 15. She spoke to her boyfriend, who confronted the man, at which time police were contacted. The person was arrested for disorderly conduct. —Ariel Schwartz

Unregistered party in Davison broken up
An officer noticed a large group of people on Davison’s third floor on Sept. 17. He found over 15 students at the party, the maximum amount allowed, and a 30-pack of beer. Violations for an unregistered party and underage drinking were issued. —A.S.

Bike thief apprehended
A bike patrol officer observed a suspicious individual on a red bike on the Sept. 17 at 4:09 p.m. The bike had been taken from the campus. After a short pursuit, the suspect was apprehended and arrested. —A.S.

Guest found with alcohol
An officer walking in the Quad encountered a Vassar student’s guest in possession of an open bottle of Jack Daniels on Sept. 17 at 9:40 p.m. Neither the student or the guest were of legal drinking age. The alcohol was confiscated, and violation notices were issued. —A.S.

Students found playing 'beer-pong' in Davison
An officer in Davison observed a group of underage students playing ‘beer-pong’ in Davison’s fifth floor on Sept. 18 at 12:05 a.m. Several violation notices were issued. The remaining beer was removed and disposed of. —A.S.

Marijuana violation in Davison
A strong odor of marijuana was reported coming out of a student’s room in Davison’s fifth floor on Sept. 18 at 2:15 a.m. Upon entering, security observed a pipe and a small bag of seeds. The items were removed, and four violation notices were issued. —A.S.

Intruder at the Mug forced off campus
An officer was informed of an individual unaffiliated with the College who entered the Mug through a basement door on Sept. 18 at 12:57 a.m. The person was led off campus. —A.S.
